Biotin is intended to provide nutritive support as a coenzyme involved in protein synthesis and carbohydrate metabolism. Biotin is also intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy hair and nails. Vegetarian formula in sustained release tablets.

Ingredients:
Amount per serving: Biotin 5000 mcg (1,667% DV)
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid and silica.

Directions:
Use only as directed. Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.
