Soluble fiber is fiber that can be absorbed by the body, versus insoluble fiber that sweeps through the digestive tract and gets eliminated. Galactomannan acts as a bulking agent in the body which may help create a feeling of fullness. May reduce the absorption of dietary carbohydrate which may help support blood glucose control.

Directions:
