Apply the brush of the mascara to the upper lashes, starting at the root and move in a zigzag motion to perfectly coat each lash, as well as to curl and separate the lashes
TIP: For a false-lash effect, draw a thin line, as close to the lashes as possible with Precision Liquid Eyeliner. The liner + Mascara should blend together.
