This is a challenging variant and calls for good balance, stability in the one-legged and motor coordination skills. As an introduction, the Pedoball can be easily played and practiced sitting down. In the basic position, the exercise is performed standing on one leg on the pedoball. In standing position: the Pedoball lies on the ground (non-slip ground! ):the weight shifts mainly from front to back and vice versa due to the rubber ball in circular motion. For practicing, the other foot should or can stand firmly on the ground.
