Rosemary oil is an essential oil extracted from the leaves of the rosemary plant through steam distillation.

Benefits:
It supports overall wellness. It improves memory, relieves muscle pain and spasms, stimulates hair growth, and improves the circulatory and nervous systems.
Properties: It is best known for its stimulating, soothing, pain-relieving, antiseptic, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.
Directions:
Thanks to its ability to trigger circulation and lymphatic drainage, rosemary oil aids in expelling toxins from the skin. You can also massage it directly into the scalp, leave it on for 20 minutes, then shampoo the oils out of the hair and scalp. (Note – make sure you dilute it first before using it).
Diffuse it: The woody, evergreen scent of Rosemary can promote relaxation and boost alertness as well as brain function, thereby improving memory. Put 5 to 7 drops in a room diffuser, to relieve stress while studying and maintain concentration.
Bath: Run a warm bath, add 4 to 6 drops of patchouli essential oil with our Jardins D’EDEN Macadamia oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 20 minutes before bedtime, for some calming and relaxing environment that allows you to take a break—both mentally and physically.
Steam inhalation: Inhaling rosemary oil vapor or using it in a diffuser can help enhance mood, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
