Eucalyptus essential oil is steam distilled from fresh or partially dried Eucalyptus leaves.
Benefits:
Eucalyptus oil helps clear coughs and congestion, revives tired achy muscles and boosts circulation.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil’s anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and analgesic properties make it a powerful natural healer. It repairs and strengthens the skin complexion, riding the pores of harmful impurities.
Properties: purifying, cleansing, clarifying, and immune-boosting and a decongestant oil.
Directions:
Apply it directly to your skin to help strengthen the skin’s natural moisture barrier. It helps trap water in the skin, which can relieve dryness as well as related symptoms, like flaking and irritation. (Note – make sure you dilute it first).
Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops with 2 tablespoons of our Jardins D’EDEN Sweet Almond oil to relieve muscle pain or soreness after the gym. It promotes relaxation of tense facial muscles which can contribute to headaches caused by stress or exhaustion. It boosts energy and mental clarity.
Sprinkle it: Put a few drops on the hands, place them over the nose, and inhale deeply. Or place one to two drops on the floor of your shower for a spa-like experience.
Diffuse: Put 5 to 7 drops in a room diffuser to disinfect your home, improve seasonal allergies, boost your immune system.
Bath: Run a warm bath, dilute 4 to 6 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil with our Jardins D’EDEN Apricot Kernel oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 20 minutes to help sooth respiratory discomfort, clear your mind and revive your body.
Steam inhalation: Add a few drops of Eucalyptus Essential oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam, it is an excellent decongestant and cough suppressor. It helps to break down the mucus and phlegm and to open up the airways.
