Vetiver
Vetiver plant comes from India. Its grass and roots contain essential oils that have been used extensively for perfumes, cosmetics, deodorants, lotions, soaps, and aromatherapy applications. Vetiver is sometimes applied directly to the skin for relieving stress, as well as for emotional traumas and shock, lice, and repelling insects. It is also used for arthritis, stings, and burns. It is also inhaled in aromatherapy for nervousness, insomnia, joint and muscle pain.
