It is perfectly indicated in cases of stress, anxiety or sleeplessness thanks to its soothing properties. It is also a good anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatism. It revitalizes the hair and regenerates-tired skin by re-balancing sebum secretion. Put on your wrists for a sweet, floral perfume. Mix with Organic Argan oil for a deep hair conditioner.
Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops with 2 tablespoons of our Jardins D’EDEN Sweet Almond oil and massage your skin. This essential oil is excellent for combating physical, intellectual and sexual fatigue.
Diffuse it: Ylang Ylang’s rich floral scent has been observed to promote a unique sense of peace, positivity, and tranquility in the mind. Put 5 to 7 drops in a room diffuser. Simply inhaling the aroma is thought to have a regulating effect on the bodily systems relating to stress. It is reputed to have a deeper, more relaxed form of breathing.
Bath: Combine a few drops with Epsom salt and use in warm water for a relaxing bath.
Steam inhalation: Use in a steam facial to refresh skin.
