Tea Tree essential Oil is obtained from the leaves and twigs of the tea tree through steam distillation process.
Aromatic Description: Earthy, woody, sweet, and musky.
Benefits:
Tea tree oil is commonly used to treat acne, athlete’s foot, lice, nail fungus and insect bites.
Properties: The tea tree essential oil is mainly known for its key properties: anti-bacterial, anti-mycosis, anti-viral, anti-parasite, antiseptic, immune system stimulant, physical tonic.
Directions:
Apply 1 drop of pure tea tree essential oil to each pimple with a cotton swab in the morning and evening after washing. (Note – If you have sensitive skin, make sure you dilute it first).
Tea tree oil appears to be effective against fungal nail infections. You can mix a few drops of tea tree oil with an equal amount of coconut oil and apply it to the affected area.
Massage: Tea tree helps target skin blemishes and absorbs excess oil, helping to purify skin. It help blemishes when used in your skincare routines. Mix 2 to 3 drops with 2 tablespoons of our Jardins D’EDEN Apricot Kernel oil and massage your skin.
Diffuse it: Put 5 to 7 drops in a room diffuser. It helps boost immunity, fights infections, reduces anxiety, and relieves insomnia as well as congestion.
Bath: When used in a bath, Tea Tree Essential Oil stimulates the body’s immune function through its antifungal and antibacterial properties, which combats the harmful effects of contaminants on the skin by inhibiting bacterial growth and reproduction. Run a warm bath, add 4 to 6 drops of Tea tree essential oil with our Jardins D’EDEN Fractionated Coconut oil and disperse with your hand. Enjoy it!
Steam inhalation: Add a few drops of Tea tree Essential Oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam cover your head with a towel or other thick cloth, and breathe normally for few minutes, to help clear your sinuses and unblock your airways.
