Directions:
Pine oil is an age-old therapeutic method for cleansing, reducing pain, increasing energy and relieving stress.
Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops with 2 tablespoons of our Jardins D’EDEN Apricot Kernel oil and massage your skin. It is known to soothe inflammation, soreness, aches, pain, and enhance circulation.
Diffuse it: Put 5 to 7 drops in a room diffuser, to enhance a deep breathing experience, with grounding and empowering feeling of positive energy.
Bath: Run a warm bath, add 4 to 6 drops of patchouli essential oil with our Jardins D’EDEN Sweet Almond oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 20 minutes before bedtime and enjoy a balancing and detoxifying experience.
Steam inhalation: Pine essential oil is often used for relieving mental fatigue, improving thinking, alertness and focus. It also has the ability to increase your clarity of mind.
