Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum) contains a soluble fiber called “galactomannan”. Soluble fiber is fiber that can be absorbed by the body, versus insoluble fiber that sweeps through the digestive tract and gets eliminated. Galactomannan acts as a bulking agent in the body which may help create a feeling of fullness. May reduce the absorption of dietary carbohydrate which may help support blood glucose control.

Dietary Fiber < 1g, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed extract) (Guaranteed 595 mg [85%] Total Dietary Fiber and 455 mg [65%] Galactomannan, Soluble Fiber) 700 mg. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed) 400 mg.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin Capsule, Cellulose, Silica and Magnesium Stearate.
Directions:
Use only as directed. Take two capsules up to two times daily with a meal or glass of water.
