The chromium in this product is trivalent chromium. This product is intended to provide nutritive support for glucose utilization.
Ingredients:
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 500 mcg.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid and Magnesium Stearate.
Directions:
Use only as directed. Take one tablet daily with a meal or glass of water.
