It is thought that adding melatonin from supplements might help them sleep.
Directions:
Use Only as Directed. Adults – Take one tablet daily at bedtime, as a dietary supplement.Store in a dry place under controlled room temperature: 20°-25°C.

Amount per Serving and % of Daily Value. Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 54 mg 4%; Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1 mg 60%; Melatonin 5mg.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate and silica.
