Flower Salt

Flower salt, also known as fleur de sel, is sea salt that forms crystals that look like flowers. This type of salt forms a thin crust on the seawater’s surface and then evaporates. It is traditionally used as a laxative or salve, but it is also commonly used in cooking as a finishing salt. Flower salt is also very high in minerals when compared to other salts and contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, manganese, and dozens of other trace minerals. This salt can also be used as a pore cleanser, thanks to its antibacterial properties that fight breakouts. When used as an exfoliator, it helps nourish the skin, with its moisturizing crystals, while the mineral contents soften the skin and leave it glowing.
