Exchange Policy
You can return the product within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. You can choose to ship it to us or bring it to the store. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please note that there are exceptions to this return policy and they are:
– Discounted items from a final sale cannot be exchanged.
– Perishable goods, for example, food and drinks, cannot be exchanged.
– Beauty products must be returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
– If the item you purchased comes from an individual seller, check their return policy for details. If they don’t state any return information, then their products will come under this return policy.
All returned products must be unused and unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted.
Keep in mind that if you choose to return the items via post you will need to cover the shipping costs. You can return the products to the store at no cost.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
- Send us an email with your order number and state which items you would like to return or come by the store with your receipt.
- Ensure the items you’re returning have not been used, and they have the original tags attached.
- Pack the products into their original packaging if they were in one.
- Bring your package to the store or order a pick-up from your location.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the store credit exchange ticket note within 10 business days of the return.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5pm.
We ship only within the Republic of Lebanon.
All orders inside Beirut are processed within 1-5 business days. All orders for outside Beirut are processed within 3-10 business days. Products are not delivered within Sundays and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed for a few days.
Neither Aramex nor DHL will ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in U.S. dollars.
We also accept Cash On Delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Account policy
Scentle reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at scentle.com without a notice if user has provided wrong information or violated common Internet policies, or if the account has been inactive for more than 60 days.
