Directions:
Use only as Directed.
Initial Phase:
2 capsules in the morning at breakfast and 2 capsules with your evening meal, taken with a glass of water. Take for 1 to 3 months to replenish the body’s reserves.
4 capsules provide 1000 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA.
Maintenance Phase:
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
Omega 3 may be used to restore a more balanced intake of fatty acids.
