Directions:
For Warmth:
Microwave (800-1000 watts) for 60 seconds inside the Terra Tote.
Reheat if needed in 30-second intervals, rotating the Terra Tote 180º for even heat.
Warmth lasts up to 1 hour.
For Cooling:
Chill in the freezer for 1 hour or more inside the Terra Tote.
Always heat or chill inside the Terra Tote for safety.
